IRONIC
Today on the way home from school KB and I had a conversation that went like this. . .
KB: Mom I think I can ride a bike with 2 wheels when I am 10
Me: I bet you will ride a bike with 2 wheels when you are 6
KB: Okay I'll ride a bike with 2 wheels when I am 9
Me: I really think you will want to ride a bike with only 2 wheels before you are 9 but right now it is fine to ride with your training wheels.
Later today we went on a bike ride with her friend (who rides a bike with only 2 wheels) at the end of the bike ride KB asked if she could try her friends bike out. So we put her on it and low and behold my little girl now rides a bike with only 2 wheels!
I tried to upload a video of her but I couldn't get it to work. I'll keep trying

LAME
Okay, I haven't posted in forever, I have a ton of fun things to post. ? Yet,I can't seem to get past this one question.
Q: When you switch clothes out for the Summer and you live in a crazy unpredictable place that may be HOT HOT one day and COLD the next. How many winter clothes do you leave in your kids closet?
Sorry I'm lame but I am really curious how all of you do it

Young LOVE
Buster and Molly
I wont like it but for you Molly, I will at least face the camera
now your just embarrassing me!
I will miss you too!
Buster was so sad to leave his friends house so she did her best to console him
We love Molly!
gymnastics
KB has wanted to do 2 things almost since she could speak in sentences the first one being play the flute, Since we don't think she is quite old enough for that endeavor we moved on to her second dream which is gymnastics. This activity is perfect for my little tree climbing, monkey swinging girl. I am always a little amazed to watch her climb the swinging rope latter all the way to the ceiling (which is taller than a regular ceiling) and then turn and wave at me from the top. I think she only does it so she can jump off of the ladder into the cheese pit.
Snow Day
HOoray it finally SNOWED! The kidddos have been LOVING every minute they get to spend out in the snow. I have really been trying to get out there as much as possible since they may not see snow again for another 4 years. They have been begging me to take them sledding, but considering I can not find snow boots to fit Hieselts chubby feet, I have been putting the 2 bigger kids off. Playing in the front yard close to home with nothing but socks and slippers on is one thing but, away from home plopped in a big mound of snow is another story. Not taking them sledding had NOTHING to do with the fact that I was not real keen on taking 3 kids under the age of 6 sledding all by myself. The day finally came when dad was home Hieselt was sleeping, and therefore would not want to take part in the festivities and there was still snow on the ground. Out went Dad, KB, Buster, and the two laundry baskets we were make shifting as sleds. The kids went had a blast came home basked in their mound of marsh mellows with a little bit of hot chocolate and told me about their FABULOUS sledding experience. I wish I had a video or even a picture but, Swifty was not to keen on taking out two kids under the age of 6 AND a camera sledding by himself (he probably wouldn't have been too keen on taking just one kid AND a camera, but three kids and NO camera would have been his preference). So I am with my kids all day and have probably missed one of the funniest activities this year. I so should of gone! The snow was slushy which helped the baskets to flip quite easily I guess my kids had a blast flipping out of their baskets and then rolling down the wet slushy hill. I think they also had fun being dragged through the wet slushy snow by a basket they forgot to let go of. Those Crazy kids! I may not have pictures of their most hilarious event of the year but I do have some of them in the snow....

FOOD
I am trying desperately to use up all of my Rice before we move. Granted I have a while but I have ALOT of RICE! We are avid stir fry eaters however I am really sick of my 4 stir fry recipes ( I know everyone says stir fry is the easiest you just add a little of this and a little of that). I am Someone who needs a recipe, there is no adding a little of this or that until I watch someone else do it. I blame it on the fact that I don't love food enough to know what goes well together. Well I don't love dinner foods that much. I do know that almonds, and hard candy coating go well together chocolate in between or not. I know that peanuts and Carmel always go together, see I do know a little when it comes to eating. This doesn't help with stir fry. If any of you have a great recipe I'd love to have it.
