My Girl!

This one

Our little one, well our biggest little one (who would probably tell me I am embarrassing her by calling her little ha ha) just turned 6! Can you believe it 6! She is excited to start Kindergarten which is ALL DAY in these parts. She is soooooooooooooooooooo ready and a little scared and I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo not ready and a little scared :).
KB is the BEST kid, she is FUN active LOVING kind SMART thougthful FUNNY a little reserved at times WILD AT OTHER TIMES, she is really turning into a big kid even though her mama is pulling back on the reigns.

Water

Ohio how we miss you. . . It seems most of our last days in O-H-I-O were spent around water

and for those of you wondering Swifty wasn't quite as wet as the rest of us but our persistent neighbor was able to get him pretty wet. With the help of one other sneaky neighbor.

I've yet to figure out which one of us aloud the one year old to be in charge of filling buckets, whoever it was it was a FANTASTIC idea! He LOVED it!

Boy do we miss this Tractor. . . it is seriously the BEST toy of all time

We found one! You'd think since it is so HOT here Spray parks would be in every neighborhood. That's not the case. . . but we did find one. Hallelujah!

KB and Buster are the two in the middle. Everytime I pulled the camera out they would hide or turn. Crazy kids.

loose Tooth

KB had a loose tooth, she spent a good week wiggling it with her tongue and every once in a while she would say it feels weird to wiggle it so I'm not going to. Everyday she went to preschool she was worried her tooth would come out during school and guess what! One day it came out, but not at school. She was SO excited when it fell out.

IRONIC

Today on the way home from school KB and I had a conversation that went like this. . .

KB: Mom I think I can ride a bike with 2 wheels when I am 10

Me: I bet you will ride a bike with 2 wheels when you are 6

KB: Okay I'll ride a bike with 2 wheels when I am 9

Me: I really think you will want to ride a bike with only 2 wheels before you are 9 but right now it is fine to ride with your training wheels.

Later today we went on a bike ride with her friend (who rides a bike with only 2 wheels) at the end of the bike ride KB asked if she could try her friends bike out. So we put her on it and low and behold my little girl now rides a bike with only 2 wheels!

I tried to upload a video of her but I couldn't get it to work. I'll keep trying

LAME

Okay, I haven't posted in forever, I have a ton of fun things to post. ? Yet,I can't seem to get past this one question.

Q: When you switch clothes out for the Summer and you live in a crazy unpredictable place that may be HOT HOT one day and COLD the next. How many winter clothes do you leave in your kids closet?

Philosophical phrases from the Bee's

After our power came back on KB very excitedly yelled "we have lightricity"

KB's favorite new phrases are... "are you thinking what I'm thinking", and "I don't have an idea about that". She is also really into people coming over on her designated time. All the way home from church she cried because she wanted a friend to come over (problem I didn't have enough dinner to share). I said well maybe we can call and see if they can come over tomorrow. KB's response "but I wont want them to play theeeeeeeen!" Oh what do ya do?

Out of the blue KB says "mom, say I one the arm" I hate to admit it took me longer than it should have to realize we were playing the "I 8 the arm" game. Anyway as we were playing, I told KB "I 2 the alligator", she cracked up and said I didn't achoo the alligator I coughed the alligator.

Yesterday I was sitting down, and unprompted, KB walked up to me and, pointing to my left eye said, "Daddy, that is your good eye." I replied, "Oh really?" She continued, indicating my right eye, "and that is your bad eye." She then spit in my "bad" eye and said, "Now I am getting your bad eye wet." I told her that if she spit on me again, I would have to look at her with my bad eye, and needless to say, a few seconds later, I was looking at her with the bad eye.

About a week ago, KB went to the bathroom and was talking to Swifty while she was going. This is what she said, "Dropping a load makes your tummy feel better, that is why I still have the coughs". I wasn't quite able to follow the logic behind her statement.

Keeping in mind KB was just told she could not watch a movie because it was Sunday, she said to me, "Mom sometimes it's not Sunday!"

Buster's New Tricks

Talks like Crazy, his favorite phrase is "No MAMA", he likes it so much he tries it out in different voices.

More new tricks... Buster can now bark like a dog (although it sounds more like Tim Allen's grunting on Home Improvement), bop his lips like a fish, growl like a tiger, say dayers, in reference to his big sis., he runs, and loves to tease us. He also says dace for me to dance with him. He must have things a certain way and until he talks better we are not quite sure what that way is. Hopefully we will know soon.
