We have absolutely loved having our little bambino, however I have just one question for all you moms with 3 or more kids. Since our sweet little guy came, everyone has had a month long cold, which brought about a small stint in the hospital for our bambino. Kb and buster have both had stints of puking and if the baby is not awake in the middle of the night Kb has growing pains or buster is throwing a tantrum because he needs something that is non decipherable through his screams. So the question is. . .
Will we always have someone sick and awake in the middle of the night now that we are a family of 5?

Cheer up!!!!!! I made it through 3 so I know you can. I think having a baby in Dec was part of the problem. The other part is your kids probably need to live close to there cool aunt that can spoil them. We could probably have lots of sleepovers. You could sleep through the night. I am thinking you and Swift should seriously consider this when you are picking your residency. There is a really cool aunt in Utah that could help with the 3 children. It also get better and you will live, and one day be sad. Trust me, I know
I don't think the month long cold is just happening in your family. We've had it too! I'm sending good thoughts your way for this transition.
Three kids is rough. But you will also have good days! Still, with mine as young as they are I'm worn out each day. When your little one sleeps through the night you'll be a new person! Let me know if you want to drop the older ones off to play sometime. My kids would love it!
I was just asking Foo this the other day- and sadly I've found that since our #3 was born 18 months ago, we've had little time when someone wasn't sick.... but at least you've got an older kid to order around now- right? "Hey! Go grab me a tissue for the baby's nose!" "Who wants to get mom a new diaper for the bambino?" I love looking at all of the sweet pics with your new little guy- congrats!!!!
The answer to your question is yep. pretty much.
When they are teenagers it will be much worse. One thing after another. If that makes you feel any better whatsoever.

I guess I shouldn't complain about my one kid! I hear that it gets better though. I remeber when Amanda had her thrid, there were nights that she was up every hour between the three, now they are all pretty well adjusted, so hang in there!
